Nurture yourself, bond with your
precious baby and make new
friends in this yoga class for new
mothers, fathers, and caregivers.
Poses and exercises are
designed to rebuild strength,
soothe tired muscles, and
introduce mindful relaxation to the
delightful and demanding act of
caring for a new baby. For yogis of
all levels (beginners welcome)
and babies 6 weeks to active
crawling. Bring a yoga mat and a
blanket for your baby.
